Daine Eisold


Daine Eisold is a maritime security and intermodal cargo security operation expert. Daine has a strong history in management success in both the public and the private sectors. Daine is currently serving as the founder and CEO of CakeBoxx Technologies, LLC — which is a leading provider of high-security cargo shipping containers. Prior to founding CakeBoxx Technologies, Daine was the President and CEO of Cotecna, Inc., where he managed the global supply chain security line for business for the Cotecna Group which is located in Geneva, Switzerland, and is a trade facilitation industry leader. Daine holds public sector experience including serving as General Manager of Cargo Security and Director of Maritime Security for the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he acted as senior executive and was responsible for development and implementation of air cargo, intermodal, hazmat and maritime security program. He represented the TSA on multiple forums for transportation, supply chain and cargo security including IMO and Technical Advisory Group to ISO working groups TC8 N988 - (ISO 28000 — Security Management Systems for the Supply Chain) and TC8 N987 - (best practices for supply chain security custody).

Jay Brixey


Mr. Jay Brixey holds over 27 years of experience as an FBI Special Agent. As a member of the FBI’s Senior Executive Service, Mr. Brixey served as an Assistant Director — one of the FBI’s highest executive positions. Mr. Brixey investigated fraud, embezzlement and corruption matters. He also helped establish FBI policies and procedures for operational audit and compliance programs, served as the Chairman of the FBI Contract Review Board, and was a Senior Career Board member. Mr. Brixey acted as primary financial advisor to three FBI Directors and was responsible for formulating the FBI budget and presenting it before Congress — as well as fund control and financial reporting; procurement and contracting; and payroll. He has advised Attorney Generals of the United States and testified before Congress in Federal Court. Mr. Brixey was selected to receive the Presidential Rank of Meritorious Executive Award in 1996. In January 1997, he retired from the FBI and immediately joined Deloitte. Mr. Brixey served as Deloitte’s first Director of Security after Sept. 11, 2001. In the position of Director of Security, Mr. Brixey was responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity plans; office space physical security and travel security; internal investigations; and acted as a liaison with federal and other law enforcement departments. Mr. Brixey retired from Deloitte in March 2007.

Captain Konrad is the co-founder of Unofficial Networks, Editor in Chief of gCaptain and author of the book titled “Fire On The Horizon”. He has an online magazine for ship captains. Also, Captain Konrad has a web forum for ship captains which is one of the largest websites in the world.
